Black Lens (“the App”) is a simple photography application designed to make capturing photos and selfies easy and accessible.

1.1 Camera Access

Black Lens requires permission to access your device’s camera so you can:

   •   Take photographs

   •   Take selfies

Black Lens does not use the camera for any other purpose.

1.2 Photos You Capture

   •   Photos taken through Black Lens are saved locally on your device’s photo library.

   •   Black Lens does not upload, transmit, or store your photos outside your device.

   •   Black Lens does not access, browse, or read any existing photos stored on your device.

   •   The App only interacts with photos that you capture within Black Lens.

1.3 Location Metadata in Photos

If enabled in your device’s settings, your camera may embed location metadata (EXIF GPS information) into photos.

Black Lens:

   •   Does not read, use, analyse, or transmit location metadata

   •   Does not modify or strip metadata

   •   Simply saves the photo exactly as captured by the camera system

You can disable geotagging in:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Camera

1.4 No Personal Information Collected

Black Lens does not collect or request:

   •   Your name

   •   Email address

   •   Contact details

   •   Device or advertising identifiers

   •   Analytics or usage data

   •   Biometric data

   •   Any personal information whatsoever

1.5 No Tracking

Black Lens does not track your activity across apps or websites.

We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Black Lens uses your device’s camera only to take photos and selfies.

No image analysis, recognition, or additional processing takes place.

   •   All photos you take are stored only on your device.

   •   Black Lens does not store data on servers or cloud systems.

   •   Deleting the App removes all App-contained data (excluding photos saved to your device’s library).
